Locations of some of rocks most memorable and historic places and events, that I have personally visited:

Standin' on a corner in Winslow, Arizona", as the lyrics on the Eagles' "TAKE IT EASY" sing to us. This tribute is found on the corner of Second and Kinsley St., Winslow, AZ.

Strawberry Fields and the "IMAGINE" tribute (Central Park) and the outside of the Dakota where John Lennon was sadly gunned down. Both adjacent to 72nd St. and Central Park West,
New York City.

"Plenty of room at the Hotel California", as the Beverly Hills Hotel, located at 9641 Sunset Blvd., Beverly Hills, was also the setting for the Eagles 1976 album cover, "Hotel California."
 
The Beverly Hills PD arrested WHAM's George Michael for doing "something funny" at the bathrooms here at Will Rogers Memorial Park, located at 9650 Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hills.
 
The Troubadour, located at 9081 Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, has hosted Elton John,
Bruce Springsteen and many more.

ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS - 3 Abbey Road, St. John's Wood, London UK
 

London's HARD ROCK CAFÉ - this was the first - 150 Old Park Lane, London, UK
 

Blue Jay Way in the Hollywood Hills north of Sunset Blvd. & Doheny Dr. - George Harrison rented a house and forever immortalized the name in Beatles lore.
 
Motley Crue shot most of the "Girls Girls Girls" video inside and outside "The Seventh Veil" strip club - 71890 Sunset Blvd., Hollywood.
A stretch of Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California was immortalized by Jan and Dean in the song, "Dead Man's Curve." Continue west on Sunset Blvd., just past Whittier Blvd. and before arriving in Bel Air.
 
Elvis Presley lived at the Hotel Knickerbocker located at 1714 Ivar Street, Hollywood, in suite 1016 for the better part of the year 1956. Janis Joplin was found dead in room 105 on 10/4/1970 of the Landmark Hotel, 7047 Franklin Ave., Hollywood. Hotel is now known as The Highland Gardens Hotel.
 
The beginning of the famous south entrance to Laurel Canyon at Hollywood Blvd. Stretching across the Hollywood Hills to the San Fernando Valley, this was the home of The Byrds, The Eagles, Joni Mitchell, Frank Zappa, Keith Moon and so many others during the 1960's & 1970's.
 
100 North Carolwood Drive, just north of Sunset Blvd. was the house at which Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009.
 
The Rainbow restaurant and nightclub located at 9015 Sunset Blvd. is next to The Roxy concert club at 9009 Sunset Blvd., both in West Hollywood. Together, no two clubs in Hollywood have seen more of Rock's royalty party and hang out, since both clubs opened by co-owner Lou Adler back in the 1970's.
